The Board of County Commissioners determined that Wednesday, March 10, 2010, 12 noon, County Commission Chambers will be the time & place that the Clerk of Courts, with the assistance of the County Attorney, will open and count the ballots of the nominees to fill the vacancies on the Pelican Bay Services Division Board.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court mailed Pelican Bay Services Division Board candidate ballots to Pelican Bay record title owners.  Pelican Bay residential record title owners will receive residential ballots providing opportunity to vote for two (2) residential candidates only.  Pelican Bay commercial record title owners will receive commercial ballots providing opportunity to vote for one (1) commercial candidate only.

BALLOTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CLERK OF COURTS AND
RECEIVED BY MONDAY, MARCH 8, 2010 AT 5:00 PM
