The Clerk of the Circuit Court will mail Pelican Bay Services Division Board candidate ballots to record title owners on February 5, 2010.
  Pelican Bay residential record title owners will receive residential ballots providing opportunity to vote for residential candidates only.  Pelican Bay commercial record title owners will receive commercial ballots providing opportunity to vote for commercial candidates only.

The Clerk must receive returned ballots by March 8, 2010 at 5:00 PM.
